I have been a massage therapist for 20+ years and a Reiki Master Teacher. I enjoy helping people in my community. In 2020 when the world shut down, I wondered how I could continue to help people despite what was happening in the world around me. I enrolled in Hypnosis Motivation Institute, the only accredited college for hypnosis in the US, and I graduated with honors. Since then, I have been using this unique skill to help people in a variety of ways. And I have helped many people achieve their goal to become smoke free!
Many of those people had tried so many other methods and had been discouraged in the process. After talking to them I began to understand that they needed a few things to be successful. They needed something to help them with cigarette cravings. They needed something to help them deal with stress. They needed someone to teach them skills to handle everyday life and not get overwhelmed and reach for that cigarette. They needed a new way to think about life WITHOUT cigarettes! Most of them desperately wanted to stop smoking but could not envision their life as smoke free.
And that is exactly where I can help! I have the skills to teach you how to overcome stress and give you a little mental stress relief tool kit to take with you and use as you become smoke free. I have the skills for one-on-one coaching to actually guide you to rewire the neural pathways in your brain that allow the change to take place. I have the skills to allow you to hypnotically experience what it would look like and feel like to be smoke free! I also provide accountability and problem solving during the process. This is a very different approach than you have tried before. This is one that works!
Now you may be thinking... What is the catch? The catch is that I cannot do it for you. You have to want to do it, and you have to show up... not for me, but for yourself. You have to commit to the process and follow through with effort! If you can do that, we will be a great team!

First, we gather accurate information about your habits. I have created a worksheet for you to fill out as a way to get that information.
The more accurate the information, the more effective the quitting solution will be. Below is a video to explain the worksheet. Fill out and submit the form below and the worksheet will be emailed to you as a PDF. You will then be able to print it out. All you have to do is simply fill out the form to and get the most accurate information about your current habit.
Once you have begun to gather your information, it's time to schedule a consultation. The consultation will be about 30 minutes. During the consultation, we will go over the information gathered on your worksheet, and I will ask clarifying questions about your habit. After I get a clear picture of how smoking is affecting your life, you can ask any questions you might have about hypnosis and the process going forward. Together we will create your customized Stop Smoking Solution.
What happens in a session?
During the session we will use your completed worksheet to identify your smoking triggers, and help you discover the psychological reasons behind the triggers. Once identified, we work together to coach your unconscious mind and teach you tools to use that will satisfy those psychological needs. This will begin to break the current habit of smoking and to rewire your brain into a new pattern of behavior that allows you to be FREE OF SMOKING. During the unconscious mind coaching portion of the session, I will ask questions to help you become familiar with how your life will look and feel as a non-smoker. This creates a target for your unconscious mind to reach. Through consistent repetition of the newly learned tools, you will become SMOKE FREE without patches or pills.
The next portion of the session is deeper hypnosis in which we will desensitize you to the triggers we identified on the worksheet. This is very important as your mind had previously connected these times with smoking. Now we will reinforce the work we did in the unconscious coaching and continue rewiring the brain and building in the new habit instead.
We will also use the deeper hypnosis to reinforce the mental image of your life as a non-smoker and set it as a clear target for your unconscious mind. Also. In the deeper states of hypnosis, your parasympathetic nervous system is activated which balances out your neurological system and creates a relaxed, calm body and mind. This relaxed, and balanced center will leave you calmer, more focused and better able to reach the target of SMOKE FREE living.
Best of all, you'll have all of these tools to use at home to continue the process of rewiring your brain. You will have access to videos explaining each tool in case you want to look them over again. You will also get access to a pre-recorded hypnosis session for you to listen to in order to continually reinforce the target goal to your unconscious mind. These tools empower you to take control of your life and remain SMOKE FREE.
That depends on you. We look at the information we gather from your Smoking Awareness Worksheet. If you are smoking less than 10 cigarettes per day and you are an independent person with the drive to complete things on your own, you may only need a single session.
If you are smoking more than 10 cigarettes per day, know that you want to wean off cigarettes, or feel that you want extra support and an accountability partner, you would choose a step-down program. The step-down program allows you to reduce the number of cigarettes you smoke each week, so your body weans off the nicotine more gently and still allows you to reach your goals of becoming SMOKE FREE. Typically, step-down programs are 3-6 sessions. After consulting about the specifics of your habits, together we will decide what is right for you and create your customized Stop Smoking Solution and schedule your first session.
After Your Last Cigarette... Your Body Quickly Begins the Healing Process!
Within 20 minutes... Your blood pressure and pulse rate begin to normalize.
Within 24 hours... Your body's carbon monoxide levels decrease, and your oxygen levels begin to normalize.
Within 48 hours... Nerve endings start to regrow; your taste and smell improves.
Within 72 hours... Bronchial tubes begin to relax, and lung capacity increases for easier breathing.
Between 2 weeks and 3 months... Your circulation improves and walking becomes easier, lung capacity further increases.
Between 1-9 months... Coughing, sinus congestion, fatigue decrease; cilia regrow in lungs cleaning them and increasing their ability to handle mucus. Your risk of infection decreases.
After 5 years... Your risk of lung cancer reduces.
